COPE Health Scholars Club
COPE Health Scholars Club
Mission: The club’s purpose is to aid students interested in joining the COPE Health Scholars internship program at Adventist Health Glendale and any other nearby campuses, where students get direct clinical experience in a hospital setting. Before being admitted into the program, students are required to take a written exam as well as a practical exam demonstrating their knowledge and skills about hospital policies and the practices needed to interact with patients. The club will prepare students, give tips and tricks, and quiz students on exam material. The club will also be a space where students can openly ask questions regarding program payments, applications, health clearances, and program benefits.
