Armenian Poetry Club
Armenian Poetry Club
Mission: The Armenian Poetry Club stands for the preservation, celebration, and creative expression of Armenian culture through poetry. Our goal is to build a supportive space where students can explore the beauty and depth of Armenian literature, connect with their heritage, and express their own voices. We aim to introduce both classical and modern Armenian poets—like Yeghishe Charents, Paruyr Sevak, and Silva Kaputikyan—while also encouraging original poetry inspired by themes of identity, history, and personal experience. This club fulfills the need for cultural connection, creative exploration, and community among Armenian and non-Armenian students alike who are interested in poetry, storytelling, and meaningful dialogue.
