Executive Committee

The President and the five (5) Vice Presidents shall form the ASGCC Executive Committee

This committee shall act as an advisory committee to the Legislature and shall meet once a week.

When the Legislature is not in session (Winter and Summer inter-sessions), the Executive Committee shall have the authority to conduct all official ASGCC business. However, the Executive Committee cannot make any changes or propose amendments to the Constitution, By-Laws, IOC By-Laws, Finance Code, or Election Code. The rule of succession to the presidency shall be as follows: President & Student Trustee, Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Activities, Vice President of Relations, Vice President of Organizations.
