Club Registration

Club Registration for Fall 2025 is open!

Below is the application to register a new club or re-register an existing club for the 2025-2026 academic year and other useful resources. Establishing a club is an excellent opportunity to engage on campus and cultivate lifelong experiences! Should you have any inquiries regarding club registration, please feel free to reach out to the Vice President of Organizations at ASVPOR@glendale.edu or the Student Activities office at StudentActivities@glendale.edu.


How to Start a Club:

Find a faculty/staff member or a college employee to be your advisor.

Tip: Reach out to your professors or any other GCC employees you have connections with! You can also access the Faculty & Staff Directory here to get in touch with other GCC employees! If you are still having trouble finding an advisor, contact studentactivities@glendale.edu for additional assistance.

Find 5 members to establish your club.

Complete the Club Registration form.

Have your advisor complete the Advisor Agreement form.

Schedule a meeting with the Student Activities office (if you register after Club Orientation).

Note: After completing the application, please allow up to 7 business days for the Student Activities office to review your application. Once all required forms have been submitted, the Student Activities office will send an email of confirmation to all club members and the advisor.
