Organizational Event Support (OES)
The Organizational Event Support (O.E.S.) grants support expenses related to events and activities requested by registered clubs and organizations. These funds are granted on a “First come, First Served” basis. The maximum amount that can be requested is 2 OES requests per semester. Please submit funding at least a week before the next IOC meeting to be put on the agenda for approval.
NOTE: The final deadline for Fall 2026 OES forms to be considered is Nov 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM.
Special Organizational Support (SOS)
The Special Organization Support (S.O.S.) is a one-time grant opportunity for new student clubs. Newly registered clubs for the 2026-2027 academic year are encouraged to utilize this opportunity to support the club's development by purchasing resources that will benefit both the club and its members. These funds are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that each SOS request will be reviewed by the Organization Committee to determine eligibility and approved by the Inter-Organizational Counsel and ASGCC.
