Mission: The GCC Debate Club is dedicated to fostering a community of critical thinkers and effective communicators at Glendale Community College. Our mission is to provide students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to engage in honest and meaningful debate, whether they are seasoned arguers or first-time participants. Through weekly meetings, campus events, and intercollegiate competition, we aim to build a program that challenges students intellectually, develops their voice, and prepares them to compete at the highest level. We are committed to creating a space where ideas are tested, minds are changed, and every student feels welcome to participate.
