Backpacks For Armenia

Mission: Backpacks for Armenia is a student-led organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged children in Armenia by providing backpacks filled with essential school supplies. We recognize that education is not only a fundamental right but also a powerful tool for breaking cycles of poverty and building stronger communities. Unfortunately, many families in Armenia struggle to afford even the most basic materials their children need for school. This lack of access creates barriers to learning, limits opportunities, and places additional stress on students and parents alike. Our mission is to help remove these obstacles by equipping students with the resources they need to succeed academically and to inspire them to dream beyond their circumstances. By providing backpacks, we hope to do more than just supply pencils, notebooks, and books, we aim to send a message of care, solidarity, and hope. Each backpack represents encouragement from one student community to another, bridging cultures and reminding Armenian youth that they are supported. Built on values of compassion, cultural pride, and service, Backpacks for Armenia strives to connect students locally and globally in the shared belief that education can transform lives. Together, we work toward a brighter and more equitable future for Armenia.
